Justice Carlos Augusto Luis Bradley MONTES

After graduating from the School of Law in 1949, he was appointed Justice of the Peace of the 3rd District of Rosario on 01 December 1953, and later, as Judge, 1st Instance of the Labor Division. Finally, on 01 December 1959, received his appointment to the Appellate Court, where he would remain until a short time before his untimely death. As a member of the Appellate Court he had reach the pinnacle of his career. In the Province of Santa Fé there was no Supreme Court as such, but a Chamber made of the various appellate Judges, the presidency of which fell on each member every two years. As President of the Chamber then, Carlos Augusto was the Chief Magistrate of his State, representing the Judiciary in all official functions.
